All of the customer and vehicle information is at the top of the form. The form’s left hand margin makes filing easier by including job name, number and date. There are 30 well-spaced lines for recording part numbers and cost. The center column has another 15 lines for description of work or any services that were requested. Next to the total lines, there’s room for additional work description or further explanation of charges. The standard total lines include labor, parts, sublet, freight and tax. However, there are two additional spaces for hand writing in additional charges. In addition, customers can request extra charges be added to this column for printing. Customization includes printing the business name, contact information and logo. Furthermore, customers can request additional changes to the layout and verbiage on the form. These additional changes are free to any paying customer. A large watermark of a tow truck comes with the template but customers can submit their own images to use. The repair order form prints on your choice of either 2 or 3 part NCR paper. Other choices include books, numbering and ink color. Blue or black ink are free or upgrade to a full color logo on the white page. The books do have a wrap around cover that separates individual forms so that one customer’s information will not transfer to an unused form.
