Freshwater Habitats Trust is one of the UK’s principle research and conservation charities. Working for the protection and recovery of our most endangered freshwater species and their vulnerable habitats. They work in partnership to develop and deliver practical advice to allow people to manage and create new clean water habitats for wildlife. We have worked with and been helped by Freshwater Habitats Trust on a variety of projects, including those to help the glutinous snail and tadpole shrimp. The dragonfly represents longevity as a living fossil. It’s life cycle demonstrates outreach from the water itself to neighbouring habitats and species that freshwaters support. The art work is from an original by Ian. The T-shirt The long sleeve dragonfly T-shirt is available in a lovely ‘bone’ colour with the art hand screen printed in black planet friendly inks. We will hand print your T-shirt to order using water based inks. These inks make the image as soft as the T-shirt and have the advantage that you can iron over them. Please allow up to seven working days for us to print and dispatch your T-shirt. Sizes T- shirts are a generous unisex fit – Jake is 6ft 1″ and wearing the medium here (he prefers a large!) The T-shirts are machine washable at 30°c – tumble drying is not recommended. Shipping The dragonfly t-shirt is printed to order, please allow up to 7 working days for delivery.
