Our large ball profile pommel is a simple, affordable 1-7/8″ sphere that can be used on just about anything. We offer it with M6x1.0 thread. Its total weight is 15.2 oz/431g. We offer 3 finishes as well: “Bright”, a bright antiqued satin metal finish. “Black Oxide”, an ultra tough dark matte black finish that offers the best rust prevention. Finally, “Polished”, a bright shiny deep polish that provides great rust resistance and detail preservation. Spherical Type “R” pommels have been around as long as swords have and can be found on many different types of bladed weapons well into the present.
